Desert de oro means “the golden desert” in Spanish. At DDO, we’re big on helping people reach their peak potential. Take a chance on a job, and a career is set in motion! Many of our leaders, including company founders Mark Peterson and Krystal Burge, started out in the restaurant. They’ve taken on extra shifts, stayed late, and run a restaurant or two.

Greg started working the line at a local taco joint in Texas at age 15. He joined DDO in 2015 and has enjoyed career success with both the Taco Bell and KFC brands.
